If the issue is about accounts, subscriptions, records, uploads, or analysis results, this is the fastest route.

Account issues: include your sign-in method and roughly when the issue appeared.

Subscription issues: try Restore Purchases in the app first, then attach the order or system subscription screenshot.

Record or upload issues: screenshots plus reproduction steps usually speed things up.

Common issue types

  • Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or account access issues
  • Subscriptions, restore purchases, and membership sync issues
  • Pet profiles, health records, uploads, and analysis result issues
  • Feature requests and bug reports

Account deletion

  • Use Settings > Delete Account inside the app first whenever possible.
  • If you cannot complete deletion inside the app, email the support address above.
  • Include your nickname and sign-in method so the request can be verified.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are managed by the platform store, such as App Store or Google Play.
  • Auto-renewal can be cancelled in the system subscription settings.
  • If a purchase is not activated, try Restore Purchases in the app first.
